There comes a point in our lives when we have to make the decision of how we want to live, and what kind of person we want to become. Some people decide to be the average joe who only goes through the everyday motions. Letting life blow them by without any kind of lasting legacy for people to remember them by. Others chose to stand out, and be a shining beacon for those who would be thrilled to walk a new path and enjoy something new for once. This is what drove me to begin my fitness journey. Growing up in Northeastern Ohio I never really put too much thought into working out. I went all throughout middle school as well as high school not thinking about how i could improve my well being when it comes to fitness. That all changed when I decided to spend the next few years going to the gym everyday. Within the first few weeks I struggled immensely. I was not sure how to get to where I needed to be as far as overall improvement for my body. A good friend of mine had showed me what all I needed to do, and how I needed to go about doing it. The way in which I go about my daily fitness regiment in the gym has dramatically improved, and will continue to do so as I progress further in my journey. A few things that I would love to do for this blog would definitely be recording video of me and the improvements that I have made and showing a comparison of me at the beginning of my journey to where I am at now in my current state. I would also love to show how the bodily intake of certain foods directly effect your performance not only in the gym but in regular everyday life as well.
